Saman Mansourpour, Partner

Sammy is an integrated marketing professional and co-founder of TheAgency. With over 15-years senior level marketing experience he has a particular passion for integrating on and offline campaigns. He has worked extensively in Automotive, Financial Services and Online Retail, on some of the UK’s most high profile campaigns for brands such as Mercedes SMART, MasterCard, Virgin and Trainline.com.

Previously he was board director at one of London’s top digital agencies, and worked for Rapier, Campaign Magazine’s agency of the decade. Sammy currently sits on the board for the SW Committee of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry). Day-to-day he leads the client services team, partnering with our clients to ensure their Marketing Strategy and Creative Campaign objectives are always met.


Amy Stobie, Partner

Amy brings client side experience to TheAgency having been sales and marketing director for a $3bn professional services PLC. She has worked with Accenture, JP Morgan, Rothschild and Warner Bros helping them to develop outsource managed solution models for their businesses.

Amy splits her time between running the business development team, as well as helping our existing clients to identify key audience insights and develop campaign propositions with a strong commercial focus. Her aim is to always deliver a measurable outcome that is directly linked to sales.


Matt Rees, Planning Director

Matt has 20 years experience in strategic and communications planning in agencies in London and the South West, having worked most recently as Planning Director at Bray Leino. Matt has spent the majority of his career helping financial services brands, travel brands and retail brands build considerable businesses.

As planning director at TheAgency, Matt has responsibility for market planning and media. Day to day Matt works alongside the creative team to develop brand strategies and propositions, as well as campaigns that build awareness, response and sales.


Olie Bright, Finance Director

Olie is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 8 years experience, working with a variety of organisations from owner/manager start-ups to large multinationals. He qualified in 2007 with KPMG, one of the ‘Big Four’ international accountancy firms, and whilst there worked with clients including BBC, GE, Siemens, Admiral and a number of Public Sector organisations.

Day to day Olie helps to manage the financial interests of TheAgency and its clients, ensuring that we achieve long term growth ahead of the competition.
