RK Supply Chain are a supply chain recruitment specialist with a global reach, and currently the second largest supply chain recruitment team in the world. Define the RK Supply Chain brand proposition and help launch two new service offerings to support their growth to become the global market leading specialist recruiter.

Unlike all their competitors, RK Supply Chain exclusively deal with supply chain appointments, from shop floor to executive search. They have in fact got the largest specialist recruitment team in-house, and their skill base in the industry is market leading.
Our Solution
We restructured their sales proposition and commissioned Terry Brain (the man behind Ricky Gervais’ Flanimals and Trap Door) to help develop a unique brand with genuine standout that gives candidates a reason to engage. The launch campaign included teaser ads in press and online.
Results
RK Supply Chain exceeded their sales targets and reduced their media spend with leading job boards. The brand has become a talking point throughout the industry and RK have now launched in North America. With current performance, they are tipped to take a market leading position in the supply chain sector within 18-months.
